Farrell'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, torn
1 c. thin sliced radishes
2 green onions
1/3 c. low calorie dressing
2 oz. chopped ham
2 oz. chopped turkey
2 slices American cheese, diced
2 slices Swiss cheese, diced
2 small tomatoes, chopped
2 oz. chi chi beans, drained
1/3 c. raw mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Combine lettuce, radishes, onions and mushrooms in a large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate thoroughly.
Pour low calorie dressing over lettuce mixture.
Toss to coat.
Top with ham, turkey, cheeses and tomatoes.
Serve.
You may add more dressing if desired (1/4 cup).
Serves 8.
