Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 lb. margarine
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    6 large eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. undrained crushed pineapple and juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream shortening, margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each.
    Sift flour with baking powder; add to creamed mixture, 1 spoonful at a time, alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla; stir in pineapple and juice.
    Blend well.
    Pour into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan or 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Place in a cold oven at 325\u00b0 and bake 1 1/2 hours.
