Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jell-O (3 oz., any flavor, red or green recommended)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 baked and cooled graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Put Jell-O, boiling water and sugar in a bowl.
Mix well until Jell-O and sugar are dissolved.
Cool.
Chill mixing dish, beaters and evaporated milk.
Pour milk into mixing dish and whip until foamy.
Fold in cooled Jell-O mix.
Pour into prepared graham cracker crusts (makes 2 pies).
Chill until firm.
