Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    garlic powder as desired
    1 can refried beans
    tortilla shells
Preparation
    Cook meat; drain.
    Stir in all ingredients.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally until thick.
