Fruity Popsicles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. fruit juice, heated
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. pureed fresh fruit
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine over water.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Add hot juice, stirring until gelatine dissolves.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 6 popsicle molds or paper cups.
    Freeze until partially frozen.
    Insert ice cream sticks; freeze until firm.
    Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
    Remove mold. Makes 6 popsicles.
