Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage (optional, 1/2 sausage and 1/2 hamburger)
    6 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 small onion, minced (optional)
Preparation
    Brown and crumble sausage with onion.
    Drain.
    Spoon sausage into a large greased casserole dish.
    Tear bread in small pieces and place on top of sausage.
    Beat eggs and milk in blender and pour over sausage and bread.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper; put grated cheese on top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into squares and serve.
