Koch Kase(Cooked Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton creamed cottage cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Cut butter into cheese; add other ingredients.
    Bring to boil in top of double boiler.
    Stir well as it hangs on pot.
    Add caraway seed.
    Best served warm, but can be refrigerated.
