Sausage And Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork sausage
    2 slices day old bread, cubed
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain on paper towel.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Spread bread cubes over bottom.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread cubes.
    Spread cheese over sausage.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over ingredients in dish.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
