Beef Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Trim fat on 3-4 lb. chuck or round steak or roast
    1 Tbsp. Italian herbs
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients together and put into large zipper-type plastic bag with meat.
    Refrigerate several hours or more.
    Bring meat to room temperature, then broil or grill.
