Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
    Mix everything together in large bowl.
    Grease loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 2 loaves.
