Crab And Cheese Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 English muffins, cut in half
    1 stick butter or oleo (room temperature)
    1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese (room temperature)
    1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, shredded (I use New Orleans fancy crab meat)
Preparation
    Place muffin halves on cookie sheet.
    Mix together the butter, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder and crab meat.
    Spread mixture onto English muffins.
    Cut each muffin into 4 squares.
    Put into freezer until frozen.
    Remove and separate as many squares as you want for a serving and put into plastic bag.
    Refreeze these and serve when ready to use.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until browned.
