Fish Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato paste
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. curry
    1 tsp. salt
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. water
    2 lb. white fish fillet
    3 onions, cut into rings
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender, except fish and onions. Layer fish and onion rings; pour curry mixture over.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
