Sunshine Cake(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    4 egg whites, beaten
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Make a well in dry ingredients.
    Add in order the oil, egg yolks, orange juice, liquid sweetener, egg whites and cream of tartar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until stiff.
    Add yolk mixture to beaten egg whites; gently fold in until well blended.
    Do not overmix.
    Pour into a 9-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve plain or with fresh fruit.
