Baked Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. flounder fillets
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. minced chives
    parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use a baking dish just large enough to hold fish fillets and spray dish with Pam or other no cholesterol spray.
    Rub fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper; place in dish.
    Sprinkle with tarragon.
    Cover with sour cream and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with chives and parsley.
    Serve immediately.
    This will serve six.
    Great for dieters.
