Peppered Pita Pizzas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 red sweet pepper
1/2 yellow sweet pepper
1/2 green sweet pepper
6 tsp. olive oil
2 whole grain pitas
2 Tbsp. natural spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
sprinkle of spices (your favorite: oregano, parsley or Italian seasoning)
Preparation

Heat 4 teaspoons of oil in small skillet.
Chop the peppers; saute in the skillet until just soft, about 5 minutes.
Spread 1 teaspoon of olive oil on each pita, then spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each pita.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Decorate with peppers and spices.
Heat in oven on 400\u00b0 for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
