Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives, well drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    garlic and seasoned to taste
    5 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    salsa
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients well except tortillas and salsa. Divide the filling into 5 parts.
    Spread one part on each tortilla and roll up tightly.
    Cover well with plastic wrap and twist ends. Refrigerate for several hours.
    When ready to serve, cut in slices 1/2 to 3/4-inch wide.
    Serve with salsa as the dip.
