Ingredients

4 c. plain flour
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 small jar apricot preserves
1 small jar orange marmalade preserves
shredded coconut
chopped pecans
raisins
sugar and cinnamon, mixed
Preparation

Mix
first
7 ingredients well and divide into 3 parts. Roll out
dough\tin pie shape.
Spread with apricot preserves and orange mixture.
Sprinkle on coconut, pecans, raisins and sugar/cinnamon
mixture.
Roll
up jelly roll fashion, tucking ends
under
securely.
Place
the 3 rolls on a greased cookie sheet.
Drizzle
top
with\ta
little oil and sprinkle on sugar/cinnamon.
Score the rolls
with sharp knife.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut up while still hot.
