Hash And Eggs For Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can canned roast beef hash
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in melted butter until tender. Stir in hash, bread crumbs, pimiento and salt.
    Heat until mixture leaves side of pan. Spread evenly in bottom of buttered 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
