Rice Pilaf(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (or fresh)
    1 can consomme soup
    1/2 can water
    1 Tbsp. oregano (more if you like)
    1/4 lb. butter
    medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute onion.
    Add everything else.
    Put in casserole dish and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
