Chili Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    12 crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    2 c. frozen corn, thawed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon of butter.
    Mix together 1/2 cup of the cheese, 4 tablespoons of the cracker crumbs, half and half cream, chilies, seasoning salt and corn.
    Turn into greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Melt remaining butter and mix together remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle on top of the corn mixture.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for approximately 30 minutes.
