Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. tap water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. flour plus 2 1/2 c.
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, salt and add melted butter along with tap water.
    In separate bowl, mix 1 package yeast with 2 cups flour. Add to liquid and beat with mixer until stiff.
    Add remaining 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Place in greased bowl and cover top with oil or thin film of butter.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. When ready for use, divide into 3 parts; cut into circle.
    Brush with melted butter and cut into 12 wedges.
    Roll each wedge, starting with wide side.
    Let rise on greased cookie sheet for 4 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Yield:
    3 dozen.
