Real Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump or backfin crab meat
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning or to taste
Preparation
    Pick shells out of crab meat.
    Toss bread crumbs gently into crab meat.
    Mix rest of ingredients and gently mix into crab meat mixture.
    Form into 6 cakes. Roll each cake into cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour (if there is time).
    Deep fry at 350\u00b0 until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes).
