Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil or margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add remaining ingredients as listed.
    Grease muffin tins.
    Fill about half full with batter. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    (Can be put in refrigerator and used as needed.
    Dough keeps well.)
