Queen Elizabeth'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast fillets
    seasoned salt
    freshly ground pepper
    6 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 slices smoked ham
    freshly cooked white, brown and wild rice mix
    canned apricot halves, drained
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. canned whole tomatoes, partially drained
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Season chicken with salt and pepper. Top each with 1 teaspoon parsley, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice ham. Roll tightly and brush with butter and roll in crumbs.
    Arrange compactly seam side down in square baking dish.
    Pour remaining butter on top and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake until golden, about 30 minutes.
