Chinese Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage, browned
3 c. cooked rice
1 bell pepper, cut fine
1 piece celery, cut fine
2 large onions, cut fine
salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
Preparation

Simmer soup in 1 quart boiling water for 10 minutes.
Pour over first ingredients and mix.
Put in casserole.
Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
