Ingredients
    8 large carrots, washed and peeled
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. butter
    3 c. milk
    5 c. chicken broth*
    parsley to taste
    oregano to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    *Can use bouillon cubes dissolved in the water used for boiling carrots.
