Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage, cooked
    1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 large can condensed milk
    pepper and salt to taste
    6 bread slices
    18 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Lay slices of bread in greased pan (large).
    Sprinkle cooked, crumbled sausage over bread, then sprinkle cheese over sausage. Pour milk evenly over the cheese, then add beaten eggs.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until firm.
    Uncover the last 5 minutes to brown.
