Century Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Measure and sift dry ingredients; beat eggs until light, then add milk.
Add dry ingredients to milk and eggs.
Beat thoroughly. Add melted butter.
Makes about 16 medium cakes.
