Teriyaki Meat Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steak
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger or 1/8 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Slice steak diagonally into 2 x 1 x 1/4-inch strips.
    Combine all the remaining ingredients; marinate meat slices for 30 minutes.
    Thread slices on skewers.
    Barbecue or broil until done. Makes 48.
    (Also great with chicken strips!)
