Texas Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Texas spaghetti
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. safflower oil
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 chopped green onions
2 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. picante sauce
4 dashes Tabasco
2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. black-eyed peas, cooked and drained (can)
1 1/2 c. (can) corn
6 oz. chopped ripe black olives
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix together 24 hours prior to serving.
Serves 8 or more.
