Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 c. raw zucchini, shredded
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together; add oil and vanilla.
    Stir well. Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Blend and add zucchini and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (325\u00b0 if glass pans) in greased and floured pans.
    Makes 2 loaves or 1 Bundt pan.
