Mama'S Homemade Custard Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. whole milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    8 small eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Heat
    milk.
    Beat eggs until light colored.
    Sift sugar with flour.
    Gradually
    add eggs.
    Add egg mixture to hot milk while stirring
    constantly.
    When spoon is coated and mixture slightly thickened,
    remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    To make larger and richer, add 1 large can Pet milk with a little more sugar.
    This mixture
    will burn or boil over easily if vessel is not
    large enough.
    Use
    medium heat.
    Pour custard in ice cream freezer and let the men turn the freezer handle.
