"In And Out" Skillet Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. rare roast beef, sliced deli style and cut into strips
1 (14 oz.) can beef gravy
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
1/3 c. sherry
1 lb. fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion, thinly sliced
6 to 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
16 oz. can peas and carrots
Preparation

In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the roast beef. Separate the slices and \"drape\" them around the pan.
When warm, add the gravy, Worcestershire and salt.
Cook and stir, blending well and coating the meat as much as possible.
Add the sherry and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add the tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, peas and carrots.
Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve hot with garlic bread.
