Country Ham And Red Eye Gravy - cooking recipe

6 1/2 slices of country ham
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. coffee from pot
Preparation

Place ham in a little oil and cook over low heat. Remove ham and add boiling water and coffee to drippings. Cook 10 minutes. Eat with hot biscuits and you will think you are back on the farm.
