Cheddary Pasta And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corkscrew (rotini) macaroni
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 large red or green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    In same pan, add at the last 5 minutes of cooking the carrots and broccoli.
    Drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients; stir into pasta mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until cheese melts.
    Serves 5 to 6.
