Italian Fried Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    Italian bread crumbs
    olive oil
    Old Bay seasoning
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Heat skillet to between low and medium with olive oil 1/4-inch deep.
    Pound chicken breasts until very thin. Dip in egg, then dip into the bread crumbs. Fry in the olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with Old Bay seasoning.
    Cooking time will depend on how thin the breasts are pounded.
