Old-Fashioned Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 iron skillet of cooked cornbread
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 tsp. chicken seasoning
    2 Tbsp. sage
    1 whole hen, boiled (saving all the good broth)
Preparation
    Crumble all of these ingredients together and pour in the chicken broth.
    The secret of good dressing is plenty of broth. Cook in 450\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
    Debone chicken and set to the side.
    Best to not place chicken on top during baking.
    It will stay good for several days just plain.
