Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with pastry blender.
    Combine next 3 ingredients and add to flour mixture.
    Chill dough for at least 15 minutes.
    Makes two 9-inch pies and 1 single crust.
