Catfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bacon fat or butter
    4 large onions
    16 oz. tomato catsup
    salt and pepper
    4 large potatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    6 lb. catfish, dressed
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Mix bacon fat, potatoes and onions together in large pot and cook until potatoes are done.
    Add tomato soup, catsup, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
    Cook to a hard boil.
    Add fish and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring often to prevent sticking. Serves 10 to 15.
