Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 Winesap apples, cut and peeled
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease tube pan.
    Mix together apples, sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients; beat until smooth.
    Alternate 1/3 batter and 1/3 apple mix until complete.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
