Creme Filled Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. yeast
Preparation
    Melt sugar, salt and oleo in scalded milk.
    Add beaten eggs. Liquid should be very warm to touch.
    Add 2 cups of the flour; sprinkle dry yeast over flour.
    Stir with whisk.
    Add rest of flour with big spoon.
    Let rise 1 hour in bowl.
    Divide dough into three (8-inch) round cake pans; cover with Crumb Topping.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden.
