Easy Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh or frozen fruit
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place fruit in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Combine flour, sugar and egg; stir until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Spread over fruit.
    Drizzle melted butter over topping.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Yields about 6 servings.
