Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour (unsifted)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs to blend.
Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
Continue beating with spoon.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts and raisins.
Stir in gently into zucchini mixture just until blended. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Use 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
