Creamy Mounds With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar, divided
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. raspberry liqueur
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 3/4 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar into whipped cream.
    Add vanilla extract and raspberry liqueur. Combine mixtures.
    Using a rounded tablespoonful, place a mound in each 3-inch cup of a 12-cup muffin tin.
    Freeze and when frozen, place muffin tin in plastic bag.
    These will keep for several weeks.
    Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving time. Unmold.
    Serve with one of the warm sauces or chocolate sauce.
