Spicy Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Shoe Peg corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
Preparation

In skillet over low heat, melt cream cheese and butter with milk until soft and creamy.
Remove from heat.
Add drained corn and jalapenos.
Mix thoroughly and put in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
