Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 stick \"I Can't Believe It's Not Butter\"
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut margarine into flour and baking soda.
    Make a well in the mixture and pour in buttermilk.
    Add enough flour to get dough out of the bowl and onto waxed paper.
    Roll out 1/2 inch deep and cut biscuits (if you don't have a round cookie cutter use a mason jar lid).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until barely golden brown.
