Sweet And Sour Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 (8 oz.) box uncooked rotini
    3 medium carrots
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 medium cucumber
    1 large, firm tomato
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Scrape and dice carrots.
    Dice celery.
    Chop onion. Peel cucumber and chop.
    Peel tomato and chop.
    Cook macaroni and cool in water.
    Combine all vegetables.
    Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate for 8 hours.
