Pie Crust (3) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt.
    Put egg in a cup; beat in vinegar and cold water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    After all is moistened, fold over three times, then divide and roll.
