Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chicken broth
    1/2 lb. broccoli, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Add broccoli, onion and carrots to broth.
    Cook for 20 minutes. In a separate pan, melt butter; add flour.
    Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
    Stir in milk.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Add the Velveeta cheese and continue to cook until cheese is melted.
    Add to the broth and veggies.
    Cook over low heat.
