Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini (grated) and mix well.
    In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix well.
    Combine the two mixtures and add nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 2 loaves.
